Advisory

An operator for a quarter, not a deck.

Fractional people operations for companies where the function does not exist yet, or exists and leaks. Built on the record: employee #1 to 175 staff, 26 clean payroll cycles, $832K in vendor savings.

Engagements

Function standup

6–12 weeks

HR, payroll, recruiting, and compliance built from zero — the Moove playbook: systems first, vendors consolidated, every record audit-ready from day one.

Fractional operator

Ongoing, part-time

The people function run properly without a full-time hire: payroll cycles, hiring pipelines, multi-state compliance, and the automation that keeps headcount flat.

Systems & automation audit

2–3 weeks

Where the hours actually go, which handoffs break, and which of them software should own. Delivered as a prioritized build list with the first automation shipped.

Process

  1. 01A working session on the actual problem — no discovery theater.
  2. 02A written proposal with scope, price, and the figure it moves.
  3. 03Weekly shipped work, in writing, against that figure.

Questions

What size company is this for?

Seed through Series B, usually the stretch where the founder is still running payroll or the first ops hire is drowning. If you have a mature people team, you need a specialist, not me.

Do you replace an HR platform?

No — I make the ones you have work together. The wins are usually in the seams: payroll to time-tracking, ATS to calendar, offer to onboarding.

Remote?

Yes. Phoenix-based, and I have run multi-state operations across 8 states remotely. On-site weeks can be arranged for standups and launches.
