About
I build people functions from zero — and then I build the software they should have had.
I was the first hire at Moove AV, a Waymo-partnered autonomous-vehicle operator, where I stood up HR, payroll, recruiting, and compliance from nothing and ran them solo while the company grew from 0 to 175 people across three markets. Before that: ten years of agency and in-house recruiting across Adecco, SS&C, Rocket Power, Wayfair, Johnson Controls, and Randstad, hiring for clients from Google and Cisco to Robinhood and Paramount+.
The through-line is that I automate the function I run. A payroll-matching system that bridged Deel and ConnectTeam and gave back six to eight hours per cycle. Self-serve interview scheduling that cut a day and a half off time-to-hire. An onboarding rebuild that took five days down to three. Waypoint — a native macOS job-search application with 192 tests — is the same instinct, pointed at my own desk.

Principles
- The function you build is the product you ship.
- Numbers over adjectives — if it worked, it has a figure.
- Automate the third repetition, not the first.
- Records you would show an auditor are records you can trust.
